Working for a local private school is an ongoing race to keep their imagery fresh and up to date. The images produced in every shoot are used in various marketing and promotional areas – from a quarterly magazine and admissions folders, to signage for trade show booths and the school’s website. It is a constant challenge to marry quality with a need for efficiency within a shoot. The lead off image is my favorite because it was so difficult to achieve – we had to light it from the ground in order to balance with the blue of the sky. And of course, working with children is always a reminder of what it means to have professional patience…
